Electrical Engineering STudents' European assoCiation
As part of EESTEC, MESA Milan is connected to a network of 35+ Local Committees (LCs) across Europe. Here you can explore the network and find your next destination.
What happens in EESTEC
EESTEC defines several official international event formats. LCs host and organise these events, and members from other LCs travel to take part. Workshops and operational events are free to join.
Meals and accommodation are included in the event participation fee, including when the participation fee is 0€.
About a week of academic activity across electrical engineering, computer science, related technical fields, and soft-skills tracks, with lectures, labs, and technical visits.
You deepen leadership and teamwork, see how EESTEC runs behind the scenes, and spend intensive time with motivated members from across Europe on real training and projects (IT, design, PR, fundraising, and more). You come away with skills and confidence for local and international roles.
Weekend-style social events in a city or resort to relax, bond, and pass on EESTEC traditions. They are often held after workshops or operational events.
Non-academic international trips focused on culture, social life, and networking in the host city. There is no mandatory academic programme, though optional sessions may be added.
Congresses (Spring and Autumn), project events such as EESTech Challenge rounds and regional meetings, live board meetings, and other local traditions organised by each LC. Official delegates and many programme roles attend without a participation fee for the event itself; travel rules depend on the role and call.
