  Editorial Team

  Responsible for managing and creating content for external communication channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and university newsletters. Ensures clear, engaging content that fits MESA's values.

  Merch Team

  In charge of designing the association's apparel, gadgets, and branded materials. Shapes and maintains the visual identity of MESA, strengthening the sense of belonging among members.

  CR Team

  Corporate Relations Team builds and maintains relationships with companies and external partners. Focuses on fundraising, securing sponsorships, and exploring collaboration opportunities.

  UC Team

  University Collaboration Team builds relationships with other student associations within Politecnico di Milano. Creates opportunities for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and joint events.

  MEET Team

  Members Engagement and Experience Tailoring: focuses on improving the active member experience by building community and engagement. Organises internal events, team building activities, and social gatherings like MESAperitivi.

  Promotion Team

  Responsible for increasing MESA's visibility on campus and attracting new members. Sets up stands, gives presentations, and directly engages with Polimi students to share MESA's mission.

Leadership Positions

   Team Leader

   Lead one of MESA's teams, coordinate activities, and guide team members toward achieving common goals. Develop leadership and organizational skills.

   Project Leader

   Take charge of a specific project, manage timelines, and coordinate team efforts to deliver a successful initiative.

   Head Organizer

   Lead the organization of a specific event, from planning to execution. Coordinate all aspects of event management and ensure everything runs smoothly.

   Join the MESA Board and take on strategic responsibilities. Help shape the association's direction and make key decisions for its future.

Make an Impact Across Europe

International Teams

EESTEC's international teams keep the whole network running. Coordinators are recruited every year from branches across Europe, MESA included. Here's what they do.

• Corporate Relations Team

  Build the partnerships and sponsorships that keep EESTEC financially healthy: research companies, pitch collaborations, and manage relationships with partners across Europe.

• Design Team

  Create the posters, videos, web design and yearbook that give EESTEC its look — and teach other EESTECers ("Unicorns") how to design too.

• Expansion Team

  Bring EESTEC to new universities and cities, and help reconnect with branches that went quiet.

• Human Empowerment & Activation Team (H.E.A.T.)

  Keep the international community connected: alumni relations, awareness campaigns, weekly news, and the fun that makes EESTEC feel like a family.

• Information Management Team

  Turn EESTEC's activity into clear numbers, wiki articles and event reports that keep the Association transparent.

• Information Technologies Team

  Keep eestec.net and the rest of EESTEC's digital infrastructure running, and build new tools for the network.

• Public Relations Team

  Shape how EESTEC looks and sounds to the world: branding, social media and visual content across the whole network.

• Training Team

  Deliver training sessions across Europe and help EESTECers and branches grow their skills, from local workshops to international events.

• Alumni Relations Manager

  Keep EESTEC's alumni network alive — reconnect graduates with the Association, open doors to sponsorships and professional networking, and bring alumni back together locally and internationally.

• Strategic Plan Team

  Analyses where EESTEC stands today and shapes the direction it should take next — turning past and current results into concrete strategic recommendations for the incoming board.

• EESTech Challenge Project

  EESTEC's flagship event — the biggest European hackathon run by a student association. Work with universities and tech companies to run the technical competition that connects branches across the continent.

• Regionalization Project

  Keep EESTEC's branches connected across regions — share knowledge, support Observers and JLCs, and bring local committees closer to the international level.

• Regionalization Project – Educators Team

  Deliver educational sessions tailored to branches' needs — from open courses for everyone to custom training requested by teams, projects or branches, working closely with Regional Coordinators.

• EESTEC Soft Skills Academy Project

  The umbrella project behind every local Soft Skills Academy in Europe — support branches organising SSAs and help develop the next generation's soft skills.

• Grants International Project

  Secures funding for EESTEC through EU and institutional grant programmes, separate from corporate sponsorships — research calls, write applications, and manage reporting to keep the Association's projects funded.

• Legal Advisory Project

  Keeps EESTEC compliant and protected — legal advice on statutes, contracts, GDPR and event agreements for the whole network.
